Complete Kitchen Remodel with Shaker Cabinets and Quartz Countertop
Here is a kitchen we did in Palm Beach County Estates with white shaker style cabinets and quartz counter-top. We removed all the walls between the kitchen and the living/dining area for a compete open floor plan. We then moved the sink from the exterior wall to the center of the island by trenching the slab for the lines and drain. Blocked-in the window where the sink was and set it up for a gas range with hood vented to outside. We tiled the entire floor with Porcelain wood planks and also installed new doors with baseboard and casing throughout the home. Overall this was a great project and we thank Luis & Cindy for allowing us to take on their project.
Below are the pictures we took of the progress from start to finish of their beautiful home remodel project:
Before and Demolition Pictures: Trench for Island: Once the demolition was done, we began work on trenching the concrete slab to relocate the sink on the new island. We located the main drain underneath the slab and ran a new drain to the main line and also electrical for the new island. We build a new half wall for the island and filled in the trench with concrete. Blocking in Window: After we trenched for the island and relocated all the lines, we eliminated and blocked in the existing window to make way for our new gas range and hood. We also ran a new gas line to that wall to feed our new range. Final Pictures: |
Installing a bypass mirror closet door
Here is a closet door that we installed with a mirror panel and a white frame. The door looks great with a transitional design, and it has a smooth track slide. We purchased the door from Contractors Wardrobe and they have a nice selection of closet doors that you can view here.
