Cabinet Construction

All panels are joined using a wooden dowel and glue construction method.  Mounting rails are dadoed or dowelled into the back of the cabinet for added stability.  Plywood box construction. ¾” Birch Plywood is used for all structural cabinet components except  the back which is a matching color, fully captured ¼ panel.  Standard cabinetry with stain, paint and glazed finishes feature coordinating PVC edge banding.  Open cabinets with finished interiors feature veneer edge banding.  

Plywood Shelves are ¾” thick and match the cabinet interior on top and bottom surfaces and front edgebanded edge.  Wall and Tall cabinets have full depth, adjustable shelves. Base and Vanity cabinets have 14 1/2” deep, adjustable shelves.


Door & Drawer Fronts and Hardware

Domestic Hardwoods Maple, Cherry, Oak and MDF (Paint) are available as well as Euro veneer and acrylic stiles. 

Hinges are 110 Degree, fully concealed, integrated soft-closing, 6-way adjustable with a limited lifetime warranty.

Drawer Boxes are standard - 5/8” Dovetail, Full-Extension, Slow-Close Hardwood.  Dovetail drawer box heights are 4”, 6” and 10”. Custom heights are not allowed.  Maximum drawer box depth is 21”. Increasing cabinet beyond 24” does not increase drawer  depth.  Minimum cabinet depth to include drawer guides is 12”.
